In order to receive a refund, the item(s) must be received in its original condition and packaging. Any items damaged or altered by the customer are not eligible for refund. Due to the nature of the items sold by Blissful Silks, the smell of cigarette smoke cannot be removed from the product and the returned items have to be discarded.

We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund if the returned items show signs of use. Shipping costs, packaging materials, and insurance fees are nonrefundable. Items returned without authorization must be in resellable condition, in original protective packaging, and shipped back at the buyer’s expense. IF the items are accepted for return, a 20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE ASSESSED. A refund will only be issued after I've received the returned items. We RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO TAKE DELIVERY OF PARCELS/RETURNS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN AUTHORIZED ON ORDERS PLACED MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE WE RECEIVE THE UNAUTHORIZED RETURN. The parcel will be refused and returned, unopened, to you.
